Questions

Asked and answered.

Don’t see your question? Send us a message, call (843) 225-6622 or email us.

Do I need any experience?

No. Our one-on-one and small-group coaching is great for everyone getting started with strength and conditioning, and it's a must for beginners. We teach proper mechanics and technique from the ground up.

Can I try a class first?

Yes. Join a single group class to see how we coach. Call or email ahead to schedule a drop-in. Come ready to learn. We're not a pop-fitness gym, and most folks have a good time.

What if I have an old injury?

Tell us about it. One-on-one and small-group coaching is built for folks with specific goals and needs, or injuries that keep them out of group classes.

How much does it cost?

Unlimited Group Training is [Price TBD] a month, month-to-month, cancel anytime. Personal Coaching is [Price TBD] per 30- or 60-minute session, or a plan built case by case. A drop-in is [Price TBD]. The Amazing 12 is [Price TBD].

Can I cancel my group training membership?

Yes. Unlimited Group Training is month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime.

Do I have to buy a personal coaching package?

No. Sessions are typically à la carte, but we can put together a specific plan on a case-by-case basis.

Is The Amazing 12 only for experienced lifters?

No. It's based on the fundamental principles of human movement and strength, and it can be tailored to meet anyone's needs.

Do you help with nutrition?

Yes. We coach simple, healthy choices with old-fashioned accountability, and The Amazing 12 includes a four-phase nutrition system.
